Executive Director

Nick leads Lantern Light Camps’ mission with more than 18 summers of experience as a camper, counselor, and senior camp leader.

He holds an MBA from Babson College and is committed to inclusion, stewardship, and meaningful outdoor experiences.

Development Director

Will brings extensive experience in education and community service, including leadership roles at Cross Roads House and Great Bay Community College.

Lisa Vincent

Grant Writer

Lisa is an experienced grant writer with a strong track record of securing funding for nonprofit organizations and aligning proposals with mission priorities.

Board President

Ray is a seasoned corporate director with extensive experience in governance, strategic advisory, and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves as on the Board of Directors at several other profit and nonprofit organizations, where he has provided leadership and governance support for over two decades, helping guide the organization’s mission and long-term strategy.

Chris Breton

Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer

Chris is a Retail Management professional with The TJX Companies, specializing in supporting store operations with a strong emphasis on Loss Prevention. With four years of experience serving on the board, he brings extensive knowledge of summer camp operations and youth development. His background reflects a deep commitment to creating safe, engaging, and well‑run environments for both staff and participants.

Ray Morrison

Board Secretary

Ray is the IT Director for the Milford School District in New Hampshire, bringing deep experience in IT operations and cybersecurity. Known for his problem-solving skills and hands-on approach, Ray helps businesses and individuals navigate complex IT challenges, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and efficient. He thrives on turning technical headaches into seamless solutions.
